Ashley Horn as Lindsay Lohan – This is one of the people on this list that most resembles the celebrity they were going for. She almost looks like a cleaned-up version of Lindsay! The reason? She is the estranged half-sister of Lindsay Lohan and proceeded to have $25,000 in cosmetic surgery to look more like Lindsay and get the attention of their father, Michael Lohan!

Mikki Jay as Michael Jackson – Mikki Jay spent 8,000 pounds to have a chin shave, two cheek implants, and two nose jobs to look the King of Pop. This all paid off, as Mikki became Britain’s first female impersonator of Michael Jackson! While that is all good, I am just wondering how she only spent 8,000 pounds when Michael spent thousands on his body before his death.
